There is a thread on it somewhere, I can't find it.

Supposedly they just randomly appear in the youth teams sometimes. :)

im sorry, what???

Basically, you can get regens that come through with your 2nd name, birthplace of where you werre in correlation with where you were managing at the time, and they sometimes appear in your youth team.

That thread Brad posted has the most info on it I think.

EDIT: They also have you as favoured personell.

brilliant, im gonna have to keep an eye out now

come on. don't you see that fm re-uses names? go to a smaller nation like fiji and you'll find that all regens have the same names like Kumar, Sami, Khan etc. For other nations like England there's a whole lotta names. and eventually there's bound to be someone who carries your last name. And birthplace where you managed, yeah, like London, that's bound to happen one time given the huge database. Before I've seen someone calling himself ***** as a last name, managing in a foreign country (english nationality), and then a regen that pops of with last name '*****' born in the city you've been managing.
Actually that would be farfetched too. Because managing in your 4th year in a foreign team doesn't mean you lived there when you son was born (which was was 16 years ago). So the regens birthplace could be anywhere and it could be your son.

Well, my english is poor but I hope I convinced some of you that this just happens accidently
