I have never used training, and need help!

I have always had training as what it does automatically and left it. I have downloaded Dunc's. Will it make a difference? Or will it make a noticable difference?

Dunc's training is good, any training that is not on defualt is better well as long as you know what you are doing and being sensible/logical

Default training is definitely not going to be better than training made by players..
