I have no player pics, regens or real - has this happened to anyone else?

As the title suggests, unlike the previous 4 versions I have played of th FM series, I have not pictures of any discription loading. Whilst this can be remedied for real players by downloading facepacks, I am wondering if anyone can shed some light on why it is happening as all my youth players/regens are faceless (just the standard sillouette is there for everyone) and cant be fixed with facepacks.

Any help on this would be appreciated.
