I keep losing

hey guys i decided against my better judgment to be the team i support which is leeds...i cannot get the tactics right for them...i have played about 15 games won 4 drawn 2 and lost 11...the wins are from when my assistant manager did them wheni want to make a cuppa....does anyone know a way to help me lol...thanks

since i posted i have lost a further 5 games in a row with scores ranging from 3-1 to 5-1

What are you formations, tactics, your keyplayer and so on? Don't change too much tactics, the players are trying to learn them. Maybe you got some foreigners who may have a problem with the language?

i played a 4-4-2.. and i would say key players were becchio,austin and lees...i will try...leeds again but any reccomendations u may have will be greatly appreictaited

Try a 4-1-3-2 or 4-2-3-1 with wing play, pace and short passing.
