I need a CM/DM - Ajax 3rd season

Hey guys,I'm really enjoying my Ajax save,currently in 2016,I like Romero,one of my fav wk in FM 2015 but PSG's offer was pretty good:60m upfronf and 30% profit...so i let him go,instead of being unhappyI sold Vazquez too,for 30m,bought with 2 So i need a young CM or a DM,prreferably a CM who can play DM(natural or acomplished) or a DM who can play CM
Note:I have Gil Romero,Tielemans and Ruben Neves,playing in a 4312 tactic...Goretzka,Samper,Gaudino,Hojbjerg,Pogba and Verratti are too expensive 80m+
My budget is 30m€…

Thank you both,i know this players,but i needed to ask,if they worked good for you...
Kranevitter,Kovacic,Kondogbia,Blind and Kramer have a better report than the others
*when i need a player,first i look at his stats and then his report...

kranvitter if u want a proepr ball winner kondogbia if u want a more ball winner that gets further up the pitch and assist & scores too blind ends up being an average player nothing special

kovacic is good cm but too attacking not good enough at marking
