I need a huge help with my team

i have been playing FM for quite long now. and is a huge fan of fm12, i started using FM16 recently...and i ma suing the same tactic which did wonders for me in fm12. that is 4-1-2-2-1 (both control and attack), difference in control and attack one is the positioning of M and AMs for attack i prefer wider AMs...am posting a link of my video in youtube and i have shown what mentality and instructions for each positions...think it might help you out, gud luck !......https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SAp07kKJRsM
