I need a tactic for Celtic

I'm struggling to find a consistent tactic for my team. Defence is a massive problem as unable to keep a clean sheet or hold onto a lead. I also struggle to keep possession. Any advice on tactics that would be grateful accepted as im close to give up.:'(

hey i was celtic, won the league 4 seasons in a row, then moved on to udinese, um go to tactics downloads on fm09, use "leeums wing attack" but on the attacking bar put it up once more to the right
