I need a tactic that will help me win everything

I have amazing players, Rossi, Lavezzi,Hazard,Bale, Gerrard,Pastore, but i still draw with bristol city:S (im liverpool btw) i also lost to brimingham

Can anyone tell me a tactic to help me win everything i dont want no rubbish comments, just tell me a tactic please. im currently using Goals Galore

First of all, There is NO tactic that will guarantee you wins. Its only about 10% tactic if your looking for success.
10%Tactic
10%Transfers
10%Training
10%Staff
10%Board
50%You

People need to realise this...
