I need a tactic that works please !!

no matter what tactic or what team it just doesnt work,

im using QPR in my 2nd season in the championship, i was wolves got them promoted(just) and now im trying to get QPR promoted but im 13th, has anyone got a tactic that will actually work, even when i use big teams and use the most recommended tactics from here including the better halfs tactics they just do nothing but result in losses.

i need a tactic like kofloks goals galore from fm 13 or 12 what ever game it was, that was the best tactic ever, can anyone help please

Formation you prefer, style? who've you bought, you need to post alot move info... than the team name and the divison.

Or go to kofloks tactics and try and recreate that?
