I need FM to PES Stats converter

Hi guys, I once had a FM to PES stats converter spread sheet that would convert the stats for me, but sadly I lost it because I had to wipe my hard drive due to the blue screen of death (it was my own fault for that happening :/ ) and I've not been able to find any working links on the internet for what I'm looking for :/
So if anyone has any ideas, or has it please let me know.
