i need help coz of euro

i am on my second season and i have a problem with europa as i cant meet all the demands
i fill all but 1 and that is ...
there must be a minimum of 4 players trained by my team between age 15-21
i only have 3
i have no reserve squad
i have no youth players

what do i do?
fast help would be nice

You can just leave the fourth position vacant, can you not?

I think you have to leave a space in your squad, i.e. exclude a player who is over 21y.o. I can't quite remember, but I think this is how it works.
