I need help for my fantasy kits

I make kits on my own but I cant make config files for them and they don't appear in the game.
Anyway I need someone who can make config files for my kits.

You can download and install a Kit Pack, then edit the Kits of your team how you want.

Thanks man but I want to edit all kits frob the Serbian and Montenegro league and that is the reason why I want to make it by myself
