I need help with a lot of Chelsea potential transfers

I am managing Chelsea and I have set myself the challenge on making the squad younger so every player over 28 must go, par Cech (who will be replaced by Courtois following season). I am using the normal database, not LFC's update. I would usually use his update but I feel it would be more challenging with Drogba, Bosingwa, etc still in the squad and the likes of Oscar, Hazard not at the club.

Here are the players I am planning to sell: Hilario, Ivanovic, Cole, Bosingwa, Ferreira, Terry, Essien, Malouda, Meireles, Torres, Drogba, Kalou and Mikel (I dont rate him haha). This leaves me with Cech, Turnbull, Luiz, Cahill, Betrand, Romeu, Ramires, McEachran, Mata, Lukuka and Sturridge.

So a lot of recommended signings are needed!

I think I have around £40 million to spend, plus money from player sales. Give me your advice on who to sign!!!

Well keep mikel. One of the best players in his position by a mile. I tried this once. Didn't work out as well as I had hoped. Ruben Jenssen(sp) from tromso is a great player for like £1m. Sime vrsaljko(sp) is a great RB for £1m. I don't use wingers so I really could say but zaha from place for £7m ish plays on the wing and as a striker and is quality in both places. Maybe hoilett and Moses don't know prices. Terry won't leave. Mussachio(sp) from Villarreal is a good young dc. Maybe Gabriel Araujo at LB. kara from tromso is a great DMC but it's very hard to get a WP. Up front I'd try ante vukusic, Alberto paloschi(sp) ruben rochina tends to be fairly cheap and is good. Yaya Sanogo generally turns out world class. Can't remember who was good in goals maybe try khune from kaiser chiefs for £300k or hutar from bate(not sure) smithies is from Huddersfield is worth checking out. Sorry it's 1 in the morning and I'm doing this from memory because I'm on my iPad. Hope it helps. Maybe try grant Hanley. Seem to remember him playing well in an old Blackburn save.

For DMC try Vidal (Juve) and maybe Sandro (Spurs) or cheaper options of Fernando (Porto) and Lars Bender (Leverkusen).
Jack Robinson (Liverpool) would be a perfect replacement for Cole and maybe try and grab Kurt Zouma (St Etienne) as a future CB.
Kondogbia (MC) (Lens) develops very nicely and should be cheap enough as would Yttergard Jenssen
Up front you could go for Doumbia (CSKA) to replace Drogba and possibly Kadlec (Sparta Prague) to replace Torres, both seem to work well together as well.
I would also try for Sigurdsson (Hoffenhiem) he develops quite well as either MR, AMR, MC or AMC and is VERY consistent.
From the money you should make from those players you should be able to afford most of these, hope this helps mate.
