i need help with training

so after you download training scheduals do you actually have to put the players into the catogaries or does it work automatically and how much does the training actually matter?

You have to import the training schedules and put the players into the categories manually . Training matters alot, it affects whether the player are able to grow well or not

have a go at making your own, its not hard and can really develop your youngsters, there is a thread somewhere called the complete training thread or summat, have a look in there some useful advice

no worries man, you can download scedules but i always think its more fun to have a go yourself
