I am having trouble with buying a player.

Currently it is year 2025 and the player's name is Luke Crouch(Chelsea).

Chelsea wants 114M US dollars but i can't offer more than 99 M
although my team R.Madrid is filthy rich (wage budget over 25M and transfer budget 165).

What do i do?

Not sure if this would work but you could try selling a player you dont need for 150M using the cheat; when I did that it let me have transfer fees of £150M.
Or you could try a part exchange.

Please don't pay that, you'll only get about 10 seasons from him so 11.4m per season isn't justified at all. Have a look for 21 year olds if you're in need of a speciic position with 15+ in tackling (defender), passing (midfielder) or shooting (attacker).
