I preloaded the game but now it wont launch

I preloaded the game about 3-4 days ago but now it wont launch, and steam says the game was released already, its 6:20pm on November 5th so I dont understand why it doesnt work.

This is the message I get:

This game is currently unavailable.
Please try again at another time.

can someone help?

My only advice would be to submit a ticket via steam support. Somebody else on here might have a solution but i'd submit a ticket anyway.

Have you tried clicking the link on your desktop and the link to play the game from within steam?

Mine wouldn't load from the desktop link on first play.
