I think the game hates me

I just went 4 - 0 up. last 10 minutes I conceed 4 goals. No tactics were changed or subs where made and no tired players.
Then in my next game I was only 1 - 0 up, the as soon as I made my 3rd sub. BOOM 3 players injurd with in 5 minutes and I lose 1 - 2.
Is this because im just unlucky or has the game been made harder if you are winning?
