Also, as I am feeling kind, anyone managing a team predicted to be relegated, you get an anti-sack card. By this I mean if you do get relegated, I will give you the chance to take over one of the newly promoted teams, instead of being being kicked out of the game.

Also, to anyone who is sacked, you will be able to join the backup list and rejoin the game at a later date
