Hands down Shrek, no contest! Shrek 2 in particular is pure perfection—the soundtrack, the comedy, the iconic scenes... it just aged so well compared to almost everything else from that era. Ice Age is a very close second for me though (Scrat carrying the entire franchise on his back never gets old!).
