Hello!
My name is Anders Johan Stråvson, and I am a new manager. I am half Swedish and half Scottish. I was born in Gothenburg and lived in Glasgow, as I played semi-professionally there.

I am now 53 years old, and I was hired by Fässbergs IF as their new manager.


--- The Club ---

Fässbergs IF is a club founded in 24 april 1916. It is based in Mölndal a 60,000 inhabitants town, near Gothenburg.

The club plays in the "Division 2" which is the 4th tier of Swedish football in the Västra Götaland region(the Swedish 2nd division has 6 regions, and the winner of each reagion is promoted).

In 1924 the club won the "Svenska Mästerskapet" which made them Swedish champions! But since then the club has sunk and never won anything else again.

Will I achieve glory with Fässbergs? Or will I be sacked after 6 rounds?

--- The Squad ---

Yes, as I would expect, I have a very weak squad.
The media says we will finish at 7th, wich is far from relegation , but even farther from promotion(which only occurs to the 1st place).
The club is Semi-professional so many players do not have contracts.



The attack is just horrible. It is my first priority. The goalkeeper is also rubbish.

I am thinking in 4-5-1 with one DM two MC and two AM(R and L).

--- Money Issue ---



Even with a rubbish team, I pay 2.5k of weekly wage. 0.5 higher than what it should be. I will try to make a parent deal with some club to get players in loan and get rid of some of my players.
