i've looked all over the site but cant find any thing with it so could someone give me the unique id for blue square premier thanks

Can't you open the game up yourself and check that way?

Go into preferences and click on show unique ids. It will show unique ids for everything in game.

how do you do that

Preferences > Display and Sound > Show UID > Click Blue Square Premier. It will then show the ID next to the league name
