Ideas for a new save

Hi Everyone

Having only recently stumbled across these boards I have read many of the challenges with some interest. The problem I have is that I enter a new season with a team with excitement and anticipation and lose interest about half way through season two. I wanted to ask your advice on a good team to start with and some realistic short and long term goals to maintain my interest.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Depending on the type of game you want if you want an easier challenge try Udinese, West Ham, Sunderland, Stoke, Middlesbrough, Newcastle, Lazio, Napoli, Roma, Zaragoza, Deportivo......the list goes on i mean it cant be that hard
