If a player is injured during a match, but can play, is he underperforming? Is it better to leave him play or to sub him?

I base it fully on their condition and what the 'Motivation box' tells me he's saying. For example, if they have >80% conditioning after the injury and it's telling me that he feels he can shake it off, I'll just leave him on. He doesn't seem to play any worse than usual.

I usually sub players when they get down to 70%. It's the same if they have picked up an injury. In some cases where my whole team have been low on energy I've had one player with 65% but has been playing great and left him on for a lot longer. Just keep an eye on how they're performing and set 'run with the ball' and 'run from deep' to rarely.
