I have lots of under 19s that are quality and I dont want them to leave. I am using a training schedule that is brilliant and their stats are going up by quite a bit. If I loan them, will my training schedule still be used by them or will they use the one at the new club?

they will train at the club they are playing at oO)

They will train with their new club......

No,they won't.

They follow the loaned club's training schedule until they return.

I'm not sure that it'll affect your players,as they should develop well under first-team experience.

Ok, thanks. So, loaning all of them is probably a good idea, so they gain experience.

Good point, what is better for a youth player...

first team experience?

or...

a specific training schedule?

This is the dilema because I am using Dan's schedule and the stats are going up like ****, but they need first team experience to break into the first team really.

As they are only generally 19, I will make them train with the club for a year and next year loan them.
