As stated in the title, If I win a Pre-season cup or league does it go into my clubs history?

I made one called Moscow Cup. Will I have the chance to remake it the following season? Or if I can't and I make one with the same name, will it say i have won it on 2011 and 2012 or will it say two different tournaments.
