If you could own a Football Club what would you do?

Hey guys i was bored and searched the internet and found my football club a couple of weeks ago. I started to wonder if i could own a team what would i do i thought it would be a small team in maybe teir 7 of England level so it would basically in a vauge way try and get them to rocket up divisions anyway my idea over whats you guys thoughts?
i would also hire a good L2 manager or a L2 coach with his connections mabey get some quality in.
