oohh no dont use the two wingers like that, leaves you awfully vulnerable, unless you've got quality, quality centre mids.
I recommend either dropping one of the strikers into the hole behind, or as a holding midfielder, then make the striker up top a poacher, see how that goes.

jeez that losing streak is awful ha! but glad to see things pulling together. 4-4-2 with advanced wingers is always a big risk unless you have very good cm's so well played for switching it round, hope you dont get sacked :L
