never thought of it that way, i just prefer the team players than the individual players (if you get what i mean)
 
Ronaldo not a team player? he's hardly lacking on assists though is he? all things considered, especially considering the goals he scores. Those goals are also a contribution to the team. The games he wins alone are a contribution to the team. Maybe the argument could have been made a couple of seasons ago that he should be more of a team player, but now I think he has developed that side of his game a lot. Watch him play, and you'll see whilst he does take on a lot of attacks himself, which is his role btw, he also sprays out killer passes and crosses and links up with team mates.
 
back to the original point of the thread and id probably play a 4231,
 
... I would put Jese instead of Benzema and play Ronaldo, Jese and Bale in the front. Behind them, i miss Ozil, but Di Maria is fine.

About the other issue, if Ronaldo deserves to be in Real Madrid, i have to say that a players that scores more goals (32) than games played (31), assists (9), recovers the ball 45 times and made 58 crosses.

Benzema have the same number of games played, only 6 assists, 46 balls recovered and 17 crosses.

Only Di Maria has more assists (12) and crosses (217).

Numbers don't lie. Ronaldo seems more selfish, but in fact gives a lot to the team. If he played in Barca, the style of play would make him a more Neymar style of player, who the media don't consider a selfish player.

Ofc everyone has right to their own opinion, but stating that he is not better, just because is not a valid argument.
 
sorry guys my mistake i dint word my origanl statement properly,

what i meant/should have said is ronaldo is a fantastic player no doudting that, but i just like isco, benzema and gareth bale more and if i was carlo id pick them to start over him with ronaldo coming on in the 2nd half.

do you think eden hazard will acheive his goal of becaming the same rank as messie and ronaldo? tbh i hope he does he's a great player :D

He's excellent, but depends on whether he retains the same consistency he has maintained this season, over a period of time.
 
Ronaldo is my favorite player. Him and Messi are just fun to watch.

Benz is perfect compliment for ronaldo's scoring, he drops a little and passes to ronaldo. But his composure costs Ronaldo a lot of assists. I would like Bale to be our striker, so he can be more involved.
