Ill-Disciplined Players

Has anyone got one of these players that gets booked all the time? if so have you managed to stop them from constantly getting booked?

My problem at the moment is Jack Robinson is constantly getting booked as my left back and it gets obsurd the amount he actually gets, He only has 1 PPM and it isnt dive into tackles and his tackling is set to "normal" D=
 
Jack Robinson is the same for me, he got like 40 yellows in a season before, he just grew out of it eventually, some have seasons where they can't stop getting them then next season he gets 1.
 
I have the same problem with Sime Vrsaljko. Hasn't gotten a red card yet though.
 
It must be different for a lot of people, it is really annoying because, even though I support Everton, Robinson is one of those players I really like on FM12 and because hes English (I like to have and English backline) but I may be forced to sell him and buy an upcoming regen player.

I'll try to teach him PPM does not dive into tackles etc to see if that works
