im chelsea and in need of help

im chelsea and I'm finding it hard because of no great right winger and no right back and an ageing team any advice on great players anyone? thanks
 
Chamberlain works well for a young winger as well... I use Sagna for my right back... He works great but if you want him... Consider the age first...
 
cesar azpilicueta for right back. I'm Chelsea myself, bought him for 16mil & he's been my best by so far, even the board comment on how good of a buy he was.
 
Xherdan Shaqiri, he is playing amazing for my team, i got him for 8 million too, he is a great player. Also for Chelsea i reccomend a 4-2-3-1 tactic, it works great for me.

My Aguero/Mata link up is sick, Aguero scored 53 goals in all competitions for me this season. Hes Incredible with the service of Mata, he's assisted 24 times and scored 15. Amazing! Won the premier league in my second season by a point and lost 2-1 to barca in CL final due to a last min pen :(

Willian or Shaqiri for winger and Montoya or Vrsaljko for right back, and sell Drogba and Kalou and buy Cavani.
 
You only need RB, CM and Winger.

RB: Van der Wiel or Azpilicueta
CM(Cos Meireles is shiite and Lampard is getting old): Well I dont rly have any recommendations, Andre Ayew is a multi-positional midfielder with cheap price and young age.
Winger: Hazard, Götze, Willian.
 
For RB I STRONGLY recommend Srna

sell Alex and buy Christopher Samba

Sell Malouda and buy Lavezzi

Sell Mikel and buy Fellaini

I didn't cheat actually, im 3 seasons in, ands just set my the option to pay over 48 months, it's easy. I also won the Champions league and premier league so i got alot more money, i also cashed out on all of the old guard of chelsea, i have invested mostly in youth now, so no, i did not cheat.
 
Considering you're in the third season, you could take a look at Lenny Nangis (IIRC he can play AMR/RM if not you could retrain), depends how he's developed but he's lightning quick.
