What I mean is, i'm trying to find good world scouts. Is there a way to know is he good at finding young players? I would like to learn how to find good scouts and please recommend me some good scouts - i'm looking for world scouts too, I want to be someone like Arsene Wenger finding players you never heard before and so cheap but in the next 5 years big clubs will be after him like Bentner, Kolo Toure (who is gone now but he brought him for £150,000 and sold him for £22 million!), Fabregas etc. Right now I'm managing Tottenham.
