Implementing Guardiola Bayern's tactic

I am not bayern in my save just want to implement the tactic.. For instance what will each of those position be listed as in FM and how do i get the CBs to split allowing lahm to kind of drop in the middle like he does in real life then realese the ball. Also are robben and ribery wingers or IFs, What would you class kross and thiago/schweigsteiger as etc etc..??

Put lahm Hb, he will drop inbetween. Assign the defenders the cover duty, they will close the opposition wingers going either left/right, Kinda risky tho. Thiago is best suited to Ap with attack or support duty or cm with attack. Schweini = benchwarmer.

Btw guardiola plays either a 4-1-4-1 or 4-4-1-1 tactic at bayern.

So whatever player in that defensive position with what I've explained half back would be the best? I'm not specifically talking bayern with the likes of thiago and that I just want to implement it with my own team so the 2 say CM (kroos and thiago type) what would you put them both as ?
