Hello,
I know all stats are important but what is the the most important attribute both in the mentality section and hidden attribute section?

Also which stat mostly adheres to training levels?

Descisions is the most important stat in the game i would say, your guy might have 20 passing and will hit everything he wants to hit, however that doesnt matter if he has poor descisons and think that the best thing to do would be to pass it really hard 5 yards infront of him
