Importing from FM14

Hi all,
I had a tactic that worked really well on FM14. I put it in my tactics folder for the new game and tried to import it from the archieved folder but am getting the message 'the file can not be imported'. Does anyone know how to get around this?

remake it on fm15

You cant use 14 tatics in 15. Remake it from scratch.
