Improve club stature?

How can I improve the club's stature so i'll be allowed more coaches and scouts, I've won the league with everton and come runner up but they still won't let me have more than 9 coaches.. can this be changed by sucsess or is it permanant?

It does change. The most I had was 20-something coaches. Improve training facilities if you can. Sometimes a change in chairman gives you more coaches

it can easily be changed just keep your wage budget down and do well in all the competions your in and you'll have a shot of more coaches and scouts

I don't know sorry..having same problem with udinese...was 4th in league (just) and won italian cup, but i can still only have 9 coaches, and 9 scouts, which is really annoying...especially as before i was man city, and after a few seasons I had 35 coaches, and 29 scouts....I think it just happens after some succesful seasons...or maybe if you have excellent training facilities?
