Improve my STOKE team?

I'm in the second season with stoke city and i managed to stay in the premiership after a promising first season.

This is my current team:-

DL:- T.Atouba
DR:- Nicolas N'Koulou/Rory Delap
DC:- Richard Dunne/Tal Ben-Haim/Ryan Shawcross/K. Hyland/Sami Hypia
MR:- David Beckham/Rory Delap/Elano
ML:- Matt Etherington/Jack Collison/Elano/John Fleck
MC:- Ramieres/Elano/Jack Collison/Rory Delap/Beckham
ST:-Keirrison/Mamady Sidibe/James Beattie/John Fleck/J.V.O Hesselsink(ex-celtic)

This is my squad although John Fleck is currently on loan at leeds.

Nicolas N'Koulou is a promising camaroon player. and keirrinson and Ramieres are my big money brazilian signings and are both on top form.

I am currently 6th and in January but a few of my players arent performing to well and i have recently signed Oscar from Sau Paulo as i am training him to replace beckham in a few years althought becks had just signed a new five year contract. i have no money but a few of my fringe players are wanted by lots of clubs so cud easily raise a bit of money.(H)
