Improve Penalties?

My Chelsea team are really poor at penalties and I was just wondering if there was any way in which you can improve your teams performances when it comes to penalties?

You can improve individual players penalty taking by making them focus train their penalties.. But as a team, no.

Train your players in Penalty, Finishing, and Composure. Also get a good Shooting Coach, which will certainly help the process go faster.
