Currently playing a save as Real Madrid, and attempting to go the barca route rather than the galaticos route.As such, I hvae a large number of U19 players which good potential. I'm happy with them staying in the U19, but once they get too old for that league (no 3 overage player rules unfortunately), I'd like to loan them out for a season or so.
I have some affiliated clubs which are suitable, but as some are non-EU I'd like to keep them within Spain to enable them to get nationality. The perfect setting would be sending them to my B team, Castilla, who also have top training facilities etc.
The only thing which makes me wary is the lack of good coaches, both in terms of quantity and quality. Is there anyway to get them to improve this aspect of it?
