In desperate need of help

I give up, i try using the teamtalk guide, new tactics nothing makes a blind bit of difference, team are still playing ****, thanks for everyones help, i apreciate it a lot but i think im just going to have to accept this isnt a game im going to be good at.

I've had FM10 for what,8-9 months.

6 of those were me still trying to work out how to play well.

I tried and tried and tried and nothing good was coming of it but I did not give up and now I've managed to win Juventus four league titles and two domestic cups,as well as a semi-final vs. Manchester United.That's my best.

Not to mention FM10 is my first-ever Football Manager.
