Just lately I've noticed that the in-game transfer rumours seem to be linked to the type of players that you bid for. I've never really payed much attention to them but I thought I'd see how they change over the course of a transfer window.
The first week I made a bid for David De Gea (I didn't sign him in the end) and for a week later the rumours were mainly about me bidding for goalkeepers. A few weeks down the line and I bid for Dario Srna, surprise surprise I was now being linked with right backs. Near the end of the window I made a bid for Marek Hamsik and I was then rumoured to be going after creative midfielders. Now obviously it only seems to do it for major signings and I'm talking about the transfer rumours list that you get from the drop-down menu when you click on your league.
I just thought it was worth mentioning and wondered if anyone else had come across this? It seems like a really good feature but I've never noticed it or heard it mentioned before.
