In need of good 42cm31 or 451 tactics!

In my first season with man city i started really well with my 42cm31 formation and ended up winning the premier league, i was taking on average 23 shots per game scoring a fair few goals and winning games.

when i went into my second season i kept everything the same and added a few players to increase the size of my squad but kept the same starting 11 and started getting draws or defeats of poor team or getting total hammered off my title challengers

That was my man city squad and i could take loosing since im a bad looser and started another season with Bayern. i used exactly the same tactics and again started loosing i tried changing to 451 and that never worked, now i think the game is awful because i cant win haha.

I would so thankful if i could get idea of you guys on what tactics to use for any team in these two formations and what instructions to use.

well high tempo and retain possession is what i see straight away high tempo - attack... low tempo - defence/possession.

More expressive and high tempo do not go together as well.

cheers, i seem to be winning and drawing games now so thats a positive still not 100% on my instructions..

im happy with that but still give me feedback on my tactics im happy to receive any of it at any time to help me be better at the game

i think thats too many instructions but each to his own i guess, i use the 4-2-3-1 wide tactic and won the league by 12 points in my 1st year with utd, 2nd year now just turned jan 1st and am 7 points clear of city

right cheers ill give that a try and see where i get too, im having now look on this football manager at all, im glad you guys can direct me toward being better at the game i just need to get my tactics and instructions right and when i do it will just fall into place for me.. but thanks alot
