In what file do you put patch 10.2.0?

If its the .exe, just run as you would a program, it will extract and then install itself.

You download which ever patch is relevant to you (MAC or PC) and then run it as the above poster says.

add the extension '.exe' to the file you downloaded and run it. it should work well
