Inconsistency

Right, In currently in league 1 with Grimsby trying to gain a play off place. During the season I will win around 6 games in a row and get upto about 4th in the league. I will then start to play rubbish and can't win for about 6 games and fall outside the playoffs. I'm currently in my 4th season and this has happend all season every season so far, I.e go on a unbeaten run then a winless streak.

I've tried all sorts to try combat this like Trying new tactics, Signing better players, Critisicing players but none of it works and now its really starting to get on my nervs.
Does anyone know how to stop this or is it a bug in my game?

Try setting up a friendly against a low level club if you are on a negative run. Getting a win that way usually helps me getting morale up again and getting out of such a streak.
