Individual training

Before my first game of the season i get asked for certain players be put on individual training but after ive done this soon after the player says he is not happy with the amount of training he is doing.
How can i change this ive been into training section on the game but cant seem to be able to change it

Create a new schedule for the player, set the training to the lowest normal (1 tick over the light training), click continue, check after if he's still unhappy. If he is, lower to light (decrasing one aspect of the training), press continue and check again. Once he is "pleased" you can adjust the training categories around the training level.

Just be careful with mantaining the high attributes, to be honest players that are unhappy with normal or high training levels can be good, but it's extremely tricky to get the balance between playing and training.
