Indonesian league Question

I've recently got bored of the standard saves and wanted to attempt using the editor to create a new league structure including a cup, for Indonesia im fairly confident in looking at the database that i could easily make the league structure how i want it, the only issues im finding is, how to add TV revenue like the English premier league and would there be a way of scaling the money to the competition ranking, ie if its 150th it gets a smaller amount then if it was 10th, also would it be possible in the editor to make sure there is at least 10 Indonesian players in a squad of 30 ?, also i am unsure how to add the continental qualification to the new league
