Ineligible player

Hi guys. I need help because when i am asked to submit my squad, krasic is labelled as ineligible and i cant change him to "in"
Hes already played 2 games before and his number is 4.

I do not think Krasic was trained by England or Liverpool to be eligible?

Maybe he had already played in European competition while at CSKA, if thats the case then you cant register him because he had already been registered by CSKA
