Managing RC Lens, and wanted to see if I can get some good youngsters from the renowned Clairefontaine academy. Got Ligue 1,2, National and CFA Leagues loaded but they still dont have any players. They're all greyed out.

Does anyone know how to access their team?

then they probably don't have any real players. you'll just have to wait until they start producing regens

after 1 season they will have regens. thats why they are all grey

I am 5 seasons in and they have yet to produce one regen.
