Hello to you all!
Could you guys tell me what clubs you've found really good regens in your save, so I could keep an eye on them.

I think it's random-ish, but I find Ajax and PSV to produce quality regens.

Real and Barca always produce good players too in my saves.

Valez, Boca, River plate always create good players
But its mostly random

look at french clubs,especially at PSG.

what ever the club it is, the best regens come form Brazil, Argentina, France, and Spain. :$8-|

but as always, its a random process. sometimes , there can be a Chinese regen with 200 pa (6)

Lens and Sporting Clube de Portugal and Roma are the best for me but its an random process but you should try to search them in big cities (if there is more persons there is more probabilitie of one of them is the new CR7 ) and in clubs with great youth deveploment infrastructures

It's totally random?
I thought the youth facility has some effects on it.
