Ingame lag/delay

It's the first time i'm posting here I hope I posted in the right category.
Anyway this is the problem I have:
I played FM 2011 at the release for about 1 month without any problems with a friend,but now I wanted to play again with him some FM 2011 and I have a big problem:
If I host we both have horrible lag/delay.What I mean by this if you click on something player,inbox,tactics,etc. it takes like 20 sec to show.Same thing if you press back.So the thing if i try to go anyway in the game it lags horrible and I must wait about 20 sec...
If he hosts I'm the only with this lag/delay so I suppose i'm the problem here.
I'm using Windows 7 x64 and I have 4GB Ram,Nvidia 8600 GTS 256MB DDR3,AMD Athlon Dual Core 4000+ 2.1 Ghz.
I repeat,when I played at launch everything was perfect.
Please help me

You internet is shiiiit. I can host games fine and I have basically the same computer specs as you. Deffo drop tiscali and get a new internet supplier ;)

Tiscali and TalkTalk generally don't give you the speeds you would get with other ISP's... On a regular phone line Sky or BT are your best bet, but if you have fibre optic cables in your area, then i fully recommend you get BT Infinity, thats what i had before i moved house, and my speeds were always around 30-40 MBs

I have Broadband very good internet connection I download drivers and things like this 6-7 mb/s
And you didn't read the part:

My internet is very good you just can't read the whole post,nothing changed to my internet.

ive got a very simliar problem, just done a speed check, 10 mbps down speed and 0.6mbps up speed, is that the problem with mine?
