Ings and Morrison are bargains! Who can I sign to get me to the prem??

I'm into my third season with Plymouth Argyle after securing double promotions. First half of the season the players I had acquired in the summer couldn't really handle the step up. Decided to splash the cash in January. Manage to get Ings for a steal of 1.6mil and Ravel Morrison from lazio for 3.7mil. They have both be unbelievable an have shot me up to 12th with 3 games remaining. Who can I sign to make the push to the prem?

P.S Rico Henry is also unbelievable!

I bought Ings for £7m then sold him a season later for £34m. Zaza and Milik are machines. Iturbe and Lozano on the wings are also brilliant. If you can get Ante Coric he is an assist machine.

I've got lingard and sergi canos but not much more than that creatively. My budget won't be huge that's the only issue
